- Prices start at $1500 for themes only; from $3000 for sites with local SEO, blog posts and shopping carts.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the schedule.
The Process
Please contact us with any questions you might have. After we connect by phone and talk about what you want, you receive a quote outlining everything to be done. An invoice for your deposit is sent. Once paid, a start date will be reserved on the calendar.
Your to-do list before scheduling a date:
- Purchase your website domain (www.yourwebsite.com) if you have not already done so. We recommend Hover.com as a good domain registrar – $15 a year includes privacy and forwarding.
- Purchase a hosting package, space on a server for your website information to be stored. We provide references for hosts that are compatible with WordPress sites. Expect to spend $120 per year for hosting and $15 for each domain name with private registration. If you sell online, SSL (secure shopping cart) certificates run between $50 and $150 a year (If you use Paypal, SSL is not necessary.)
- If you have an existing website, please let us know who the host is so we can check their configuration.
- Create a site map or basic outline. Include all content and elements, as well as pages and hierarchy. A worksheet will be provided for this.
- Submit all text and images you’d like included in your website at least 5 days prior to your design start date. We need time to go over it and make sure everything is hunky dory. Google is picky about grammar and spelling.
- Please note: If you are unable to provide text and images in a timely manner, your project is taken off the schedule and re-scheduled in the next available time slot. Once work begins on your project, your text and images must be finalized within a week. It is bad SEO mojo to make constant revisions to your content once it is on the site.

Payment terms are 50% upfront; the balance is due 30 days after your scheduled start date whether the site is live or not. Estimated scheduling time is usually 3 weeks out and completion of your site is estimated at 30 days thereafter. SEO work is ongoing for 3-6 months. Your project is scheduled after the deposit is received. Deposits can be made via credit/debit card or check.
